Race Night Auction Form
Our race night downloads page features an auction form template, which is used to keep track of the winning bids when you auction horses off in the last race.
You only need to print one auction form, it's just a simple table where you can note down the winning bidder as well as the amount they bid.
To calculate the winners prize simply add together the winning bid for each horse and divide the total in half.
The auction sheet is a rather simple form but it is often overlooked and as auctions can raise a lot of money it is worth having one to hand when running a race night.
