Race Night Sponsor Form
Our race night downloads page features a sponsor form template, which makes it very easy to collect and organise your race and horse sponsors.
You'll need to print out a sponsor sheet for each race and then write the race number and the sponsorship costs on the sheet. Then distribute the 8 sponsor sheets to volunteers who can collect payment from each sponsor.
Race Sponsorship
Local businesses are usually quite happy to sponsor a race, in return they get to name the race and they also get exposure in the race cards which are issued to the audience during the event.
Horse Sponsorship
Horses tend to be sponsored by people rather than companies, each sponsor can name their horse and usually a small prize like a bottle of wine or spirits is provided if their horse wins. Sponsoring horses is a little trickier as there are 64 horses in an average race night. Having 64 sponsors on-board can prove beneficial though as it means they are more likely to turn-up on the night to support their horse.
